Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, not worn on the body, with tags intact and in its original packaging. You must also be able to provide a receipt or other proof of purchase.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the delivery date.
Please note that returns will not be accepted if the product has been opened, used or damaged after delivery.
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in its original condition and unopened.
By completing a purchase, the customer accepts these terms.
We do not accept returns or refunds for opened products for hygiene and safety reasons.

Return Costs
The customer has the right to return the product within 30 days of receipt.
The customer is responsible for all costs associated with returning the product.
The product must be returned directly to the supplier.
Vendyix Ltd cannot be held responsible for costs associated with returning the product.
The customer agrees to indemnify Vendyix Ltd against any costs or liabilities arising in connection with the return process.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can investigate and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (for example, food, flowers or plants), customised products and personal hygiene products (for example, cosmetics). We also do not accept returns of hazardous substances, flammable liquids or gases. Please feel free to contact us if you have questions about a specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the current item. Once the return has been approved, you can make a new purchase of the desired product.
European Union – 14-day Right of Withdrawal
For deliveries within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. As described above, the item must be unused, not worn on the body, with tags intact and in its original packaging. You must also be able to provide proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the amount will automatically be refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
